It brings dispatch, EDI, accounting, billing and settlements, compliance, a driver mobile app, customer and driver portals, and AI-powered automation together in one cloud platform, so you run your whole operation in one place instead of stitching together separate tools. Ditat automates the repetitive parts of dispatch, billing, and the back office. It plans fuel stops automatically when a load is assigned, auto-accepts valid driver check calls against rule-based profiles, calculates detention charges from stop times and your billing rules, and automates EDI load tenders, status updates, and invoicing. That means less manual data entry, so your team spends its time on the exceptions that actually need a person.
Ditat uses AI to speed up document processing.
